I felt guided to share this visual light-code with you today. 🧘‍♂️🇯🇵✨

We live in a world that constantly teaches us division. We’re taught to see ourselves as separate, isolated individuals, constantly comparing our appearance, our wealth, and our status to those around us. This is the great illusion of our minds, and it is the root of all our anxiety, loneliness, and suffering. 😔💔

But when we quiet our minds and look deeper—into the play of energy beneath the surface—we discover a different reality. We discover that we are not separate drops of water competing with one another. We are all waves in the same, undivided Ocean of Consciousness. 🌊💖

Look closely at the golden light spiraling from the center. That is the original, creative force of the universe (the Sound Current, or NAAM) that sustains every atom. And look at the countless glowing droplets suspended in the blue. Each droplet represents an individual soul—each one of us.

But notice how every single droplet holds the perfect, miniature reflection of the central golden light within itself. The drop is in the ocean, and the ocean is in the drop. You are not separate from the Source. You carry the entire universe, the entire light of God, within your own heart. 😭💛🙏

When you look in the mirror today, don’t let your mind tell you that you aren’t good enough, pretty enough, or successful enough. Those are all deceptions of the mind. Look past the outer layers, look with eyes of compassion and love, and remember your true, magnificent nature as pure awareness, temporarily housed in this precious physical vessel. 🪞✨

You are a player in the divine dance of the One. You are safe. You are protected. And you are infinitely loved.

Let’s release the illusion of separation, forgive ourselves for our past mistakes, and walk into this new day with open, connected hearts. We are truly all in this together. 🤝🌟
